Usage of Trademarks and Logos:
All trademarks and logos need to be used in the form and manner they
are supplied by Envelopments, Inc., -specifically, no altering,
rotating, flipping or changing of colors of images will be permitted.
All usage of images will be in strict accordance with the Envelopments®
Media Usage Style Guide (Annex 3) as provided at
www.envelopments.com/legal and as may be modified by Envelopments as
necessary under Notice to Dealer/Designer. Dealer /Designer is strictly
prohibited from harvesting images from Envelopments website or other
websites or printed materials or any other media format for use on the
Internet, printed materials or any other media format.
Royalty-Free Limited License Agreement:
All images download from Envelopments site(s) are provided under a
limited licensed by Envelopments, Inc. Downloading of the Content DOES
NOT transfer any title to the Content, or any intellectual property
rights therein. ACCEPTABLE USE of these images DOES NOT INCLUDE
repackaging, reselling or redistributing these images for any other
purpose than that of PRINTING ON A PER PROJECT BASIS ON INVITATIONS,
ANNOUNCEMENTS AND COMMUNIQUES CREATED WITH ENVELOPMENTS® PAPER PRODUCTS
for yourself or your customers. Use of the images for display or show
purposes, either in print or by electronic means, MUST attribute rights
to Envelopments in the following manner:

Any display of the images must prevent them from being copied or downloaded by third parties for unauthorized usage.
Marketing Slogans:
The Envelopments® trademarks carry with them prestige that is widely
recognized by consumers due to our long standing commitment to
providing custom communiqués and paper presentation products of a
premium quality. It is of mutual importance that, in the sale of
Envelopments® products, Dealer/Designers market the products in a
manner which reflects the prestigious nature of the marks and integrity
of the Envelopments® Brand.
Accordingly, in all marketing formats, Dealer/Designers are
discouraged from utilizing untrue or unsubstantiated statements
suggestive of cut-price rates such as “lowest discounts,” “best
prices,” “cheapest prices” and “lowest prices guaranteed.” Should
Dealer/Designer choose to provide any form of discounts to its
customers, such as quantity breaks or shipping discounts, the terms and
conditions of the discounts must be clearly posted on the pricing
page(s) of your website. Discounts should be stated separately from
posted or list prices.
Suggested Resale Pricing:
Envelopments® suggested resale prices allow for Dealer/Designers to
receive the intended margin necessary to properly sustain their
businesses while preserving the premium market position of the
Envelopments® Brand. We encourage Dealer/Designers to realize the
opportunity to be competitive on a basis other than price, as margin
erosive pricing strategies have proven to ultimately affect the ability
of the Dealer/Designer to maintain or promote the Brand effectively.
Compliance:
Should you fail to adhere to the foregoing, Envelopments, Inc. may
suspend your intellectual property license and withdraw approval for
new, previously accepted or future orders until such time as your
marketing is sufficiently altered.
